Archiving NOOKbooks (on a NOOK 1st Edition, at least) doesn't remove the e-book files from the NOOK. It just removes the books from the "My B&N Library" listing.

You can delete them out of the 'my B&N downloads' folder by hooking your NOOK to your computer, except... all of the files are identified only by their ISBN or BNID numbers, so it's very difficult to figure out which ones to delete.

It sounds like you've only got 15 or so left, so it might be easiest to delete all of them and then redownload all 15 or so that you've got on your NOOK.

Note: if you're using a Mac, be sure to empty the trash after deleting the files, or all you've done is move them from the 'my B&N downloads' folder to the trash folder. This shouldn't be a problem with Windows.
