I have revised this version for use with ADE and E Ink displays as well as smaller screens. The text and images are exactly the same. Here are the changes:
1. removed 30% margins
2 each chapter was in one table, removed tables as ADE can't span more than 1 page with a table.
3. removed background color to increase contrast for e Ink screens.
4. removed spaces between most paragraphs.
5. reformatted chapter titles to appear in TOC and to wrap on margins in the ebook.
6. removed fixed font size so eBook Readers can change them to suit the user.
7. Corrected indenting on a quoted paragraph.
8. Other minor formatting changes to improve experience on portable reading devices.
