I plan to order a KSO 3G for $139 next Tuesday.(that's the day my $100 Amazon gift card is supposed to arrive, according to airline rep when I redeemed my miles)
Once I get my KSO, will I receive all the codes for
all the current special offers? Or will I only get codes for offers that start on/after the day I register my KSO? Do the codes just show up on the KSO's screen?
