the covers i am using are aprox 417pixels width and 686 hih 300x300 dpi... all go over just dont show up in the touch as a cover and after calibre transfer it then shows as blank.
Manual edit of the style sheet is one way.
another is on the Output options if you DON'T use the "No SVG cover" option.
Then you can tick the "maintain Aspect Ratio" box
