It's not a lie exactly, they do get involved in CRIMINAL copyright infringement as the warning says...they just don't seem to mention that personal copying has nothing to do with that, and it would take some rather extraordinary revenue-generating pirate activity to get into the criminal area....how about we call it FUD and intimidation rather than a lie.
