Well you people in Colorado may have us beat as far as drug use, but when it comes to drinking the Badger State is still #1.

Binge drinking - No. 1.

Percentage of drinkers in the population - No. 1.

Driving under the influence - No. 1.

That and our legislature and governor just put into a place a a law allowing Wisconsinites to carry concealed guns into bars.
