There are still a couple of problems with the calendar app, apart from the fact that the description cannot be changed (yet!).
Weekly and Monthly repeated events are not handled properly, and it is currently quite time consuming to add a new icon (if one was requested). So I am going to change the way icons are assigned to events. This means some significant changes to the edit events popup, but most importantly, it means changes to the events file format. I am not sure how long this will take.
I am writing this to make sure that everyone is aware that changes are coming, and not to spend hours putting hundreds of events into their calendars!
