Don't do this. Lithium ion batteries as used in modern portable electronics aren't prone to the charge memory effect that NiCd or NiMH batteries are. In fact, constant full charge-discharge cycles will shorten the lifespan of your battery.

The current wisdom is to top up your battery when convenient and limit full discharge to once every 10 cycles or so to ensure the battery remains calibrated. Battery University has many informative articles on the care and feeding of rechargeable batteries.
