I am so far behind on keeping up with the fun stuff and I'm trying to catch up.. beppe had a nice lake vacation and showed us his little angel with zucchini while astra will be going on his vacation (but first he is making sure his new blinds are installed for perfect naked living).
pdurrant continues to survive on stockpiles of Coke Zero and Iridal's new kitty, Oni, is soooo cute! Congratulations are sent to Stitchawl for passing his Automobile Driving License Test on the third try! Hi, TenaciousBadger, a fellow coffee lover, I love all your great coffee pics. Shel gets some new Fiestaware and I know how you feel Poppaea about shopping with mom. humm, I'll have to try your trick of a drink or two before going.
GeoffC, I've changed my coffee, too, and I use 1/2 reg to 1/2 decaf. ProfCrash your mention of banana bread a few times caused me to make my grocery list of supplies to bake some this weekend. folcon, welcome to MR! and maianhvk how did your training class go? Did I miss it and you have finished?
Betty - What a scary thing to happen on your walk. Stitchawl gave good advice. We had to take short self-protection classes in college and they always advised to carry the loud whistles in your hand, but I like the idea of wearing on it your wrist that Stitchawl mentioned. I carry my house key that way and will add my whistle to it, now.
Ivy, what a sweet boyfriend. He _really_ wants you to be safe.

Oh, and Birthdays! Happy, happy wishes that this year is the best yet to Shel, KK, and Betty.

TenaciousBadger, as that was a screen test using the music, maybe they had the lyrics changed, just for that, and it wasn't commercially recorded and sold?

Whew! I hope I didn't miss anything important or exciting.
