If you like it, you certainly *can* get it world wide. You just have to order it from PC Home in Taiwan (many have had great experience doing so), find a listing on eBay (probably again from Taiwan, unless it's used) or a local Kijiji/Craigslist post of someone selling used.
It's not like some other products which have seemed impossible to import. You just have to decide whether it's worth the cost.
