At $2.99, there is a bit of (deserved) criticism about this game regarding it's AI, notation system, and perhaps most significantly, it's pawn-promotion rules.
At 99 cents, though, I think it's a veritable no-brainier for the casual player. And it's the only off-line Kindle Chess game in town as far as I know.
