The same thing also happened to Magellan with their ToughCase. It was designed for 3rd gen iPhones (and touch). Unfortunately for them, they released it 5 days after the iPhone 4 was released and fully a year after the 3GS was released.

I realize it takes time to develop products; but considering that most mobile devices only have a shelf life of a year or less before they're upgraded to the next generation, it seems rather self defeating to release an accessory a year later.

The ToughCase never sold well, and no wonder considering the length of time it took Magellan to get it to market.

Face it, most people are no longer interested in a new case after they've had their device for a month or two. By that time, they will have already made their choice.

I really hope KlearKase moves fast on the next gen Kindle.
