I did some digging around to see how they are doing it, for that book and I added it to others of the series and it displays as well

--exthtype 503 --exthdata "A Feast for Crows: A Song of Ice and Fire: Book Four"

EDIT: after testing with other series it seems it only displays that way because of the name length, so it not a deliberate display of the series at all
