On rereading it, I realize my post was written in haste and sounded a bit preachy - sorry
I wasn't trying to correct your terminology. I was trying to explain that you can have a recipe add a "masthead" to the top of pages, as well as a "cover" that appears at the front. It's a nice feature, but it takes more effort to find a suitable masthead, so lots of recipes don't use that feature.
