You are not alone..! I have always thought of building a wooden L shaped structure with a sliding arm along the length to attach the reader…

It will have a built in light mechanism. I could keep it beside my bed or chair and the reader will be hanging just in front of my eyes. I guess the reason I haven’t built it yet that I would still need to lift my hand to swipe the pages. I guess a remote would solve that problem..
