How stable is it when you turn a page - does the Kindle try and flip over?

Personally I find reading with one hand and eating with the other easy enough, and because it is so light have no issues holding the Kindle whilst in bed but some ingeneous ideas for sure.

My Archos has a little pop out stand for use when on planes to watch films with.
