Ive never heard of it abbreviated as Sat Nav, but if someone asked me if I had one, I wouldn't need a translation to know that they meant GPS. My beau and I were just trying to figure out what to do with his GPS since we've been using Moto DroidX. When it's placed into the car dock, it automatically switches to car mode and turning on the GPS. With everything integrated, there is no need for a second device.
