Not quite but darned close which was the point I was making (trying to make) about nearly all the copyright arguments I have read on this board so far.
For the most part they boil down to copyright is good or copyright is bad, they seldom get to the specifics of when or why. To say that copyright is good/bad is like saying that the government tweaking free market is the cause of many countries being on the edge of crashing and burning economically. Fact is there are times when copyrights have a valid use and times when they don't and till people start breaking their discussions down along those lines little, if anything, will be accomplished.
