So, having said all of that...is there a reason that I should look at another e-reader instead of the Kobo? Is the Nook a better reader, and if so, why? I'm just wanting to make sure that I pick the right device. I've been doing all of my e-reading so far on an iPhone, and have quite a few books that I've downloaded through Stanza and iBooks (mostly free classics). I've also just downloaded Calibre. Is it easier to convert book formats to one device or the other? I know they both support epub, which is a must for me (and why I'm not considering a Kindle). Anything else about these that I should know before I make a final decision?

actually the nook has an sd card slot that can be used along side the internal memory for sideloaded books, so no there is no space restrictions for sideloaded books.
