This is my first post. I have an Entourage Edge E-reader, just got it. I need help figuring things out. I went to their tech support - supportrix and was told that for me to get technical support I would have to pay for it. I browsed the web and found this site; and it seems that most of you are familiar with the workings of the Edge. I can't close pages, there are no X's in a box to close the pages. I can't download books or rather the book that I ordered from Google E-books. It won't except the acrobat reader and i can't figure out how to download ePub. I have the Audio of the Bible on the Edge and the sound won't download. So, I don't know what to do. I am thinking about returning it and getting my money back and purchasing the iPad2. I wanted to use the Edge for school in the fal,l but I don't know about that anymore. If you can' help, please do. Thanks Sajamo
