hello to all Seniors

i have downloaded 3 programs to help me load programs on my PE,
but all three failed to find the PE connected with computer
the three programs are
side-load wonder machine
droid explorer
android injector

i enabled the USB bugging on
still no response m these programs and can not find my device
kindly help
