New App: Calendar

Hi everyone,

I was bored, so I thought I would give a Calendar app a go. I've pushed the result to the app repository.

A couple of points:
- I am mainly focusing on a Touch version. It works for non-Touch, but I haven't made labels or hid touch buttons, etc. Pressing Next and Prev moves through months; holding down Next and Prev moves through years. You can't get to "Today" as easily. And you can't move the cursor yet, or click to see event information. If people are interested, I can do those things.
- Edit and Clear buttons do not do anything yet. I think I hit a limit as to what the Sim can do. I am hoping that someone might know how I can get the Reader's system keyboard to appear and pass the result back. Otherwise, I may have to make my own keyboard (which presumably will be English only). What this means is that at the moment you can only add events by editing the textfile on a PC. (I can provide some more information for the format of this file if people are interested.)
- I know that if there are more than one event on a particular day, then there will be problems. So if you have a birthday on Christmas, I think you will be able to see them, but only the Christmas icon will display. And if we do eventually get editing going, then that will cause even more problems as to which event to edit. Actually, it would be good to have a list of events, but I don't know if a listbox is built in or not!

By the way, I dreaded getting into this, because of the can of worms it would open up "feature-request"-wise. Can I just say right from the start, that I do NOT plan to implement .ics compatibility or Google-calendar syncing!

Sincerely,
Ben.
