I agree, everybody gets older, if they are lucky.

I've always freely told my age, when I can remember what it is (sometimes I forget!) I'll turn 54 on Monday. Don't ask me my weight, though.
(I was at Ikea yesterday with my niece and her kids, and somehow we ended up doing an impromptu waist-measurement comparison using those paper rulers they have hanging all over the place.

Yes, we do strange things in public in my family. This was after we challenged the kids to try and sit on every couch and chair in the store. It's a very good way to work off energy when it's too hot to be outside. I tried out quite a few myself.)
