Is there any reason why "Comic Input" menu item doesn't appears when doing a bulk conversion? It appears if I select all the desired input files and then choose "Convert Individually".

I'm trying to convert a bunch of mangas from cbz to epub. The only reason why I need Comic Input is because I need the "right to left" option.
