Kobo has one single button. I think that's a mistake. I use a 650. It has seven button (incl. volume buttons at the button which I rebind with Prs+). Double that up to 14 with secondary functions again using Prs+. I use ALL the buttons as well as the touchscreen. I imagine having just one button to be a pain in the butt. You can't have too much control.
