I've been thinking similar, for similar reasons (the new physical me). I've often talked about getting one (I have none thus far, body modification being thus far limited to expansion, recent contraction, and piercings). I do not know what and where though. Permanence of personal depth and meaning is important though, and I don't know what that is with me (perhaps I am as shallow as a puddle...should I get a tattoo of a puddle?
).
But keep us informed and, of course, "pictures or it didn't happen".
