I used to live there. It does actually, and it shuts down the city. I always thought it funny because Seattlites don't use an umbrella for rain, but you see them when it snows. I've lived places where snow is common, and umbrellas are reserved for rainy days. Where I live now people only use them in the sun, but I'm perplexed why that's necessary for a short walk at 8 in the morning?
