replace:

/usr/bin/wireless.sh start <mynetworkSSIDname> <wep> <WEP0EX1AM2PL3E>

with

/usr/bin/wireless.sh start mynetworkSSIDname wep WEP0EX1AM2PL3E

Probably should have made it clearer that the everything between and including the < > need to be replaced.
