Yeah I saw that. You almost don't have any liberty in the editing of your book. But at least their own formatting seems good for what I saw.
You could always send a PM to
Hadrien, never talked to him directly but remembered some posts I saw by him and went to search his profile for you. But I think that maybe that's just the way they work. Their primary target I think it's smartphones and principally iOS devices, so that must be one of the reason of restricting the editing and publishing of the book.
