I'm excited about this; I actually read his excerpt when it was one of the semi-finalists available for download and I loved it.
It's funny how it illustrates just how hard it is to determine what a book is about from an excerpt, though; I thought it was a touching coming-of-maturity tale as a young man struggles to take care of his aging father... turns out it's a book about a bank heist.
I'll still buy it anyway, though. Absolutely beautiful writing.
