1. On the PE the browser it comes with should be fine, I find it to be a great browser for just about anything, only some EE users really /need/ to use alternate ones.
2. I think some people have installed the flash player, though you likely wont be able to watch most video streaming things aside from youtube, as most of them require you to donwload a small app to make sure you're on windows or mac.
3. netflix is not going to happen, at least not for awhile if ever.
