OK, you've set me off on a lateral thinking trail. Describe what train of events might have led up to the following scene taking place:
"A man goes to his front door in response to the doorbell. There he meets with the postman, who hands him a parcel. He takes the parcel back into his kitchen and opens it up. Inside he finds a human arm. He smiles, takes the box and arm to the back door, and throws the lot in the rubbish bin outside".
What happened prior to this event that makes sense of the scene as described?
