I have a double entry for my Count of Monte Christo books. One is the free edition you can find everywhere, the other the Pinguin edition. The title is the same, the author is the same, only the publisher is different.

But, you're right, you can never please everyone. But even if you could, what if Calibre would be perfect? What would Kovid (and all contributors) do with all his spare time then!
