The part of the clip showing the expo's pretty short, and there are no specific devices covered. However, it's a useful counter to the other thread about a lack of appetite for this in Japan. The few examples shown were illustrated books, though - there was a comic book and what looked like a children's book with animation - no plain text, and the devices weren't eInk, they were backlit.
