i have followed the instructions to the teeth to install it today here

this is a brand new stock kindle that i have just received... please help!
when i do this i tried it with all 3.bin files like it said and then i just tried the one for my device (008)
Also copy all the .bin files from the corresponding subfolder in 升级包 (e.g. k3升级包 subfolder for Kindle 3) in the archive to the Kindle root.
it gives error code U004 BTW
