Update: I've noticed inconsistent behavior on a screen fold, but one thing that seems to remain constant is excessive heat on the eInk side when the hinge is backfolded. This mayalso explain some of the complaints from users saying the eINk screen gets very hot: they are folding the LCD behind the eInk screen as demonstrated in videos from enTourage and are getting heat buildup as a result. I should take a look at that explosed teardown view to see what's going on here once I get done with my phone removal battery benchmarks.
