I got my reader in February and have a MacBook Pro from 2009. Everything worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now I can see the Reader icon in the dock and Reader Library up in the task bar but there are no commands and nothing happens when I plug my reader in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail.
