Check out a hobby / craft store - there are lots of containers for various craft supplies (embroidery floss, beads, model parts, etc) that are about the right size for a stack or row of memory modules of whatever kind you use.
Hardware stores have little bins to hold various types of fastener that can also work, though they tend to be larger.
