I mean that you're asking for stuff that I can't think of anyway the Kindle could do, and would probably drain the battery really fast if it did. As an experiment, it's interesting. As a practical matter, you might want to consider some outside the box ideas, like having the instant notifications sent as SMS messages to a cell phone, alerting you to pull the mail.
