Let's see... can I come up with a hint that won't give it away too quickly? Hmmm......
OK... In some cities they are quite common. In other cities not at all. Usually found in smaller towns and in the countryside, but also can be found in big cities. Very, very uncommon to find under water or in the air. THAT should clear it right up! LOL!
