but, I've listened to more than 900 books over the past 5 years. It helps when you're a security officer working graveyard shift. Started with a Sony CD player, then an iPod. Now using my Blackberry Curve w/Altec Lansing wireless stereo head phones. I swore I'd never get an eReader, and I doubt I ever will. But, after 42 years of "Marital Bliss", I've learned life is better when Wifey is happy. Wifey is also a security officer. She sits a lobby station with a couple multi camera CCTV monitors. Does this 12 hour shifts, 6 of 7 days/nights a week. In my continuing attempt to keep Wifey happy I purchased her a Kindle 3G WiFi. Hope to keep her from being completely bored to death. So, now you know us, a couple professional book reader/listeners. JMHO
