I like Smashwords for the ability to get books into places I couldn't otherwise, but I wish they would allow us to upload our own mobi/epub files rather than use the meatgrinder. That said, the final product isn't horrendous, it's just not the way I would really like it.

The big thing I really like is the lack of DRM. Makes porting my books around a lot easier since I have an ipad (with different ereaders on it) and a Kobo Touch.
