Check it out under the Plug-ins section under the Calibre thread. The Calibre crew has made it even easier by imbedding the plug-ins installer as part of Calibre. It will even tell you when there is a plug-in with an update. To me, the hardest part was customizing the plug-in the get the Collections to show exactly how I wanted but on the first page of the Post - there are lots of suggestions along with instructions. Below are the results of using the plug-in.
