The OP's ZIP file contains two icons and an autorun.inf file to be placed on your Kindle. When you do, any Windows machine will display whichever of the two custom icons you've chosen to place on your Kindle along with the INF file. You could substitute any other appropriate icon if you wish.
Oh that's rather nifty. Project for home!
