Yes and it took a minute to work out the kinks, but meme who created the plug-in is like Kovid, on the boards all the time and more than willing to answer any questions. PLus, you have me, I figure I owe you one for helping with the syncing.
Check it out under the Plug-ins section under the Calibre thread. The Calibre crew has made it even easier by imbedding the plug-ins installer as part of Calibre. It will even tell you when there is a plug-in with an update. To me, the hardest part was customizing the plug-in the get the Collections to show exactly how I wanted but on the first page of the Post - there are lots of suggestions along with instructions. Below are the results of using the plug-in.
