Yeah, a bit, but it makes for easier one-hand pageturning. But i think that kindle's solution is a bit better.
Im not sure about if it is possible to change the settings, but ill have a look at it when i have the device in my hands.

I havent gotten the device yet, but i think it will arrive by mail tomorrow
