I just discovered, after opening a physical e-Readers store, that there are SO many people, who just DO NOT KNOW how to download and copy-paste files to e-readers, not even mentioning the DRM-hassle with the Adobe Digital Editions, etc.... but they want to read books on e-Ink devices...
Sometimes I need to go back as far as to explain what a file and folder is, and how to copy them... In worst cases I just buy the content for them...
