I'm not sure on gmail and a web interface, but I know that when using Outlook you can automatically forward email as an attachment through its various rules. I would imagine that other 3rd party email applications can do it as well, so you might look into that (if you don't have Outlook, Thuderbird comes to mind as a free email app.).
