Hi
there is no refresh rate at an ink display. You watch the 1st page and if you go to the next,the former will be erased and the new displayed. Its could be happen that parts of the former page are still light visible, this is not a failure.
You can reproduce this very easy. Make a pdf document with a very dark sign in the middle of the page, watch this page an your reader and turn off the reader. You will see still the sign.
Again this is not a defect.
