Hi, Steve.

I'm not "in" SF, but I work there, in litigation support (scan, copy, ESI processing); we do a bit of work with several Adobe programs and a lot of PDF conversion. I make a lot of ebooks as custom-sized PDFs because I've been too lazy to learn CSS or the fine details of InDesign; it's faster for me to format things in Word & convert them.
